Mythic Swords welcomes you. These Billing Terms & Condition describe the payment policy concerning all transactions conducted through our website, mythicswords.com. By submitting an order, you accept all terms and conditions.
Accepted payment methods
In order to facilitate the convenience and security of our clients, we only accept payments through our payment processor, Stripe. Currently we accept:
- Credit and Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
Note that all payments processed are in USD.
Pricing and taxes
- Product Prices: All prices available on the website are quoted in USD.
- Sales Tax: All relevant state and municipal sales tax will be calculated and levied in the course of the payment on the basis of the designated delivery address.
- Accuracy: We try to avoid errors in pricing, however, such errors are possible, if such an error occurs, we will contact you before the order is fulfilled. You may, either accept the altered pricing and proceed with the order, or cancel the order to get the full refund.
Payment security
Your security is our primary concern. Each and every transaction is never held with Stripe.
- SSL Encryption: Transactions are finalized through an SSL encrypted pipeline.
- No Card Storage: Mythic Swords does not save or access any of your payment card details. Card information is only processed by Stripe under the PCI-DSS security framework.
- Fraud Prevention: Unsolicited purchases are identified and acted upon. You may, on very rare occasions, be contacted by us for the verification of details of an order for which approval is pending.
Order Confirmation and Billing Details
You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is on record and successfully processed. This is your receipt which covers the following:
- A record of the order and items purchased.
- Aggregate sum paid.
- Billing and dispatch addresses.
You may want to check that your billing details are correct to avoid any issues with your order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. After the order has been processed and then shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You can, however, start a return in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
